Please cancel your appointment atleast 48 hours ahead of time to receive back your deposit. Also, please reschedule atleast 48 hrs ahead of time, your appointment will only be able to be rescheduled twice. Any no call no shows will result in no future bookings, and no refund of your service deposit. Please value my time as i value yours, thank you for understanding!! If you’re more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and we will need to reschedule for a further date.
